This Privacy Policy explains how Glow & Tots (“we,” “us,” “our”), a brand operated by MOMDO LLC (Maryland, USA), handles information in connection with our websites at glowandtots.com and links.glowandtots.com and our social media accounts (collectively, the “Services”).

The short version. We do not set cookies. We do not run third-party analytics. We do not ask you to create an account, and we have no way to identify you as an individual visitor. The only personal information we ever hold is what you choose to send us in a message.

1. Who we are

Glow & Tots publishes product recommendations and content for parents, covering toddler products and skincare (“K-beauty”). We do not sell products directly; we link to third-party retailers.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. If you contact us (for example, by email or a social media message), we receive the information you send, such as your name, contact handle, and message content.
Cookies and analytics: none. Our websites do not set cookies and do not load third-party analytics or advertising scripts.
Hosting and delivery. Our websites are served through Cloudflare. As part of delivering and securing any website, a hosting or CDN provider processes standard connection data such as IP address. That processing is governed by the provider’s own policies; we do not build profiles from it.
Link measurement. When you tap a product link on our link page, we record a single event so we can tell which lists are useful. That event contains only: the time, a short source label taken from the web address (for example ig or pin), the product identifier, the product’s rank in that list, and the list title. It contains no IP address, no device or browser identifier, no cookie, and nothing else that could identify you.
Social platform data. When we operate our accounts through platform APIs (such as Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok), we access only the data those platforms grant us to publish and manage our own content. We do not collect other users’ personal data through these APIs.

3. How we use information

To operate, maintain, and improve the Services and our content.
To publish and schedule our own posts to our social accounts.
To respond to your questions and messages.
To measure, in aggregate, which of our lists people find useful.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Affiliate links

Our content and sites contain affiliate links. If you click a link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Once you follow a link, the retailer’s own privacy policy governs everything that happens on their site, including any cookies they set and any purchase you make. We receive only aggregate commission reporting from those programs, never your payment details.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the Services — principally website hosting and delivery (Cloudflare) and email. We may disclose information where required by law.

6. Data retention and your rights

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Because we hold no visitor profiles, in most cases there is nothing about you for us to retain. If you have messaged us, you may ask us to delete that correspondence. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. 7. Children’s privacy

Our Services are intended for adults (parents and caregivers). They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
